Shipping + Returns

  • US Standard shipping with tracking - $4.95
  • AU Standard shipping with tracking - calculated at checkout
  • CA Standad shipping with tracking - calculated at checkout

Discount codes:
To add a discount code to your order when checking out on mobile, tap the order summary (black bar at the top of the screen showing order summary and cart total) and a drop down screen will allow you to add the discount code!

Order processing time:
Please allow 2-7 business days for processing as each item is made to order. You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that some items in your order may ship separately. 

Delivery time:
Once your order is dispatched it takes between 3-5 business days for delivery for US orders. Orders for Australia + Canada will take longer and they may ship from the US or our via our fulfilment centers in both countries depending on availabilty of products.

Returns Policy:
We offer a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To start the process please email us at [email protected] and we will instruct you on where to send your return.

  • All returned items must be unworn/unused and unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Your original shipping charge for the order is non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping cost to return items to us.
  • If returning orders of over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We cannot refund items that we do not receive.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return we will notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied via the original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to process.

Cancellations:
When an order is placed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center to be printed, therefore we are not always able to cancel orders. Please contact us if you have an issue with an order you have placed.

Custom Fees:
You are responsible for any customs fees / duties / tax occurred. Please contact your relevant agency for information on fees before placing an order.
