We currently ship within the USA.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is dispatched it takes between 3-5 business days for delivery for US orders.
What is on the packaging?
We ship our products in non-branded packaging. Our company name is abbreviated to 'B Merch' in the senders address box on the shipping label for your privacy.
How do I use a discount code?
To add a discount code to your order when checking out on mobile, tap the order summary (black bar at the top of the screen showing order summary and cart total) and a drop down screen will allow you to add the discount code!
How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?
Transactions to us will be listed as 'BMERCH' on your bank / credit card statements.
Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center to be printed, therefore we are not always able to cancel orders. Please contact us if you have an issue with an order you have placed.
